An easy way to pay your membership dues online
The 2026 annual association dues are due by February 1, 2026. This includes all properties adjacent to the channel. If you have an assigned dock or a dock on your property on the channel, your annual membership online dues are $330.00. If you do not have a property adjacent to the channel and you do not have an assigned dock, your membership online dues are $210.00.
Thank you in advance for your continued membership and support of our association. Your dues pay for year-round marina lights, maintenance of the private boat launching area, weed spraying in the marina, mowing of all common areas, liability insurance for common areas and property taxes for the marina and out lot, pay off the dredging loan, future dredging of the channel, etc. Replacing old structures and maintaining common areas help sustain property values.
If dues are not paid by March 1st, you will lose your dock space and need to repay the initiation fee.
New to the Island? Become an Association Member
We would like to invite you to join our Association. We are made up of the property owners on Malone Island. We have a spring and fall membership meeting. Meeting notices are found on this page in the Event section. At the fall membership meeting our officers are elected, annual events are set up, and we address any association business. At the spring membership meeting with welcome each other back on the island, update on any changes or issues over the winter, and introduce any upcoming issues or events.
